How to add dust to any model with redshift

11a

In this video you will learn how to create dust mask using state node in redshift.

There are some problems with this workflow ,you can use these tips to avoid those problems:
Don't use texture tiling on the texture tag, do it individually for each texture inside the texture node, this way this workflow works on meshes with UV coordinates and also with triplanar nodes, which the master tag does not take into consideration and may make things look weird if you have texture for reflection weight or something like that. Also, don't use color splitter. Instead connect it to vector and input 1 in the Y channel. This way you can mix better and get different angles if you wish for the distribution of the dust, if say, you have an object close to wall. There will be more dust the closer you get to the wall. This is more easily achieved when not splitting out the vector coordinates, then you only have one coordinate. Thanks to Oliver Banasiak for the great tip.
